Salmon in the Oven

I am a budding chef – or so I’d like to think.  In reality, I do not have a ton of experience cooking, but I do like to try.  I originally saw this on pinterest (this girl is addicted!) and then I modified it– it didn't have a valid website attached.

This salmon was EASY!  I put it on a piece of tinfoil that was large enough to be wrapped around the salmon.  Then I placed a little bit of butter on top of the salmon and drizzled lemon juice over it.  I wrapped the tinfoil around the salmon to make it into a little pouch.  It was baked at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.  The end result:

It came out perfectly and was tender.  It could also be done this way on the grill.
