Creamy Ranch Pork Chops (Crockpot)

This freezer cooking thing is very addicting!  I am afraid that I am hooked on it!  I have fallen into the trap and I do not want to get out of it!  I found the original recipe on Six Sister's website.  After preparing this meal in April, we tried it a few weeks ago and it was surely scrumptious! I was a little worried that the ranch might have been too overpowering, but it tasted just fine. :)

Instructions:
4 boneless pork chops, (the thickly sliced ones)
6 medium potatoes, chopped into large chunks
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2  packages dry Ranch dressing mix
1 cup milk
Dried parsley to taste
In a bowl, mix together the soups, ranch dressing mixes & milk. Pour into a gallon-sized freezer bag. Combine everything else & seal the bag shut.
The night before cooking, remove from the freezer to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
Cook on Low for 8 hours.
Easy, huh?  I prepared a side of lima beans for the veggie to go with our meal.

Again, as these freezer meals are, it was another easy dinner, not to mention easy to clean up! :) This one will definitely be made again.  I may use fresh parsley from my little herb garden the next time too.  I am looking forward to  eating some ranch pork chops again!
