Well, it is Christmas Eve night and there is a few inches of snow on the ground. It really sets the mood for Christmas! However, the snow has altered my festive plans for the evening, as the Christmas Eve Service at Church has been cancelled and the roads were a little too dangerous to make the trek to my aunt's Christmas Eve party. So, I am currently, nuzzled under blankets and enjoying a relaxing evening at home. I may even make a cup of hot chocolate later! :)
This past Saturday, my sister and brother-in-law drove up to Pennsylvania to celebrate Christmas with our family. I have a super large family, so during the holidays, there are several Christmas' that we go to, so this was Christmas #1 in my book. I must say: my parents certainly do spoil us!

We each take turns opening presents and there is always plenty of food! My parents also fill our stockings with goodies. I may be bias, but I think that I have the coolest stocking - everyone else's is plain, but mine has the holly plant on it! I love the pun! Woohoo! :)
After opening gifts and eating enough food until you feel like you are going to explode, the family sat down for a game of cards. We are card people. We play a variety of games, but 'Oh Help' was the game of choice for Christmas #1. And guess who won?!? That's right! This girl! ;)

As I am celebrating with my family, many Christmas blessings to you and your family! :)
I love card games too, but I've never played 'Oh Help!' next time we'reall together we should play! At the next beach trip maybe??
